If you currently have €20 on your account with us prior to lockdown. When you purchase your €20 deposit online today we will then add this onto your account and you will have a €40 deposit on your account. This will then be deducted from your total treatment price on the day.

Our Online Shop Is Open 24/7, we are working really hard behind the scenes to process your orders and dispatch them to you as soon as possible. We operate a Next Day Track & Trace Delivery Service with An Post and up to 90% of our deliveries have arrived within 1-2 days to some very happy online shoppers!

As per Government Guidelines, there needs to be a limited amount of people in each premises to adhere to the social distancing protocols.
To ensure the Safety of our team and our clients, our team have all undergone extensive health & safety training. All of our team are aware of the new procedures and policies which we have put in place and we hope to be able to keep things as normal as we possibly can whilst still providing a high standard of service.
There will also need to be a set period of time between clients to enable us to thoroughly clean each room or treatment area.
It is recommended that you pre-book your appointments in advance. Online Bookings will be turned on possibly May 5th/6th once our waiting list is cleared.

The Health & Safety of our team and our clients is of upmost importance to us, therefore there will be some additional procedures and guidelines put in place along with PPE Equipment for our team and clients alike. Your continued loyalty, cooperation and understanding is very much appreciated now and for the foreseeable future.
Booking Appointments:
We recommended you call us on 021-4822945 or use our Online Booking System to book, reschedule or cancel any appointments. This System is available on our website and you can also download our free App from the App Store.
We are encouraging you to use a contactless payment method where possible but cash will still be accepted.
All treatments now require a €20 deposit to secure your appointment. See full T&C’S here
Appointment Reminders are sent by SMS/Email and Loyalty Cards will still be stamped as we don’t want anyone to miss out on their loyalty points.
Online Store:
When we do reopen please avail of our Click & Collect service or Next Day Delivery service when purchasing products both on our Online Store or over the phone.
Gift Vouchers:
We will always honour your gift vouchers as long as you can physically present the gift card to us at reception.
Clients:
Upon booking your appointment with us in the clinic, there will be a pre-consultation by phone for all clients. We require all clients to sanitise their hands and to wear their own face mask or a face mask will be provided for you at a small charge of €1.50 to cover the cost.
If you are feeling unwell, if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with anyone who has Covid-19 in the last 14 days, We ask that you do not visit the clinic.
To limit the amount of people in our waiting area, we ask that you remain in your car and come to the clinic at your scheduled appointment time.
Cleaning Systems:
We pride ourselves on our hygiene practices here in the clinic, so for us it is only a few extra measures to be put in place to ensure the safety of all.
Our Front of House team will have the necessary PPE Equipment and there will be multiple sanitisation and handwashing stations set up in the clinic.
Our Bathroom Facilities, Reception Area and Retail Area will be thoroughly sanitized and disinfected at regular intervals throughout the day.
Treatments:
Our Therapists will have the necessary PPE Equipment.
When performing facials and treatments where it is impossible to wear gloves, therapists will thoroughly wash and sanitise their hands before, during and after the treatment.
Treatment Beds, Nail Desks and Treatment Areas will be covered with either clean couch roll, a clean towel or a clean sheet before each client.
All single use items will be disposed of immediately.
All towels will be washed at 60 Degrees.
All non-porous, metal or plastic non-disposable equipment, as well as surfaces, will be cleaned and then disinfected before each use.
Electrical items will be sprayed or wiped before each use with a disinfectant.
Non-electrical items will be completely immersed in a registered bactericidal, fungicidal and veridical disinfectant.
