Reflexology is the practice of applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet utilizing specific thumb, finger and hand techniques with the use of cream or lotion. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that correspond with various areas of the body.

All areas of the body respond to reflexes in the feet. We are not just treating one system or an area we are treating all the systems of the body and creating a more balanced, more energised and a more relaxed sate of mind and body.

The ancient healing art of reflexology is a holistic treatment with far-reaching therapeutic benefits. It relaxes, restores and revitalises, while providing a fine-tuning for all of the body’s systems, encouraging the body to function more efficiently.
